By booking lessons with Muji’s Driving School, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Lesson Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson.

No charges apply for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will incur a £25 fee and are non-refundable.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to restrictions on future bookings.
2. Block Bookings & Refunds

Block bookings (e.g. 5, 10, or more lessons at a discounted rate) are non-transferable and must be used within 6 months of the purchase date.

If you choose to cancel a block booking after payment:

A 20% surcharge will be applied to the total amount paid.

Lessons already taken will be charged at the standard single lesson rate, not the discounted rate.

The remaining balance (after deductions) will be refunded within 7–10 working days.

3. Instructor Cancellations

If Muji’s Driving School must cancel a lesson (due to instructor illness, vehicle issues, or emergencies), you will be informed as early as possible, and the lesson will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
4. Punctuality

Be ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time.

If you are late, the lost time will not be made up.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the instructor may leave, and the lesson will be considered cancelled with no refund.
5. Student Conduct

Students must behave respectfully and follow all safety instructions.

Any aggressive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of the lesson without refund.

Muji’s Driving School reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service based on conduct.
6. Driving Test Support

Use of the school car for the practical driving test is subject to instructor approval and may incur an additional fee.

Your instructor will advise when you are ready to book your test.
